Solar Panel Sales Fraud Claims Survive Dismissal Despite Statute of Limitations Challenge in Texas Federal Court

Homeowners sued solar panel sellers alleging fraudulent misrepresentations by a Vivint salesperson regarding tax credits, energy resale, lower electricity bills, and backup battery requirements.
