The Dallas Court of Appeals affirmed a special judge's verdict rejecting all claims after finding no fraudulent inducement, misrepresentation, or nondisclosure relating to the Tannehill #1 Joint Venture and determining the investor lacked standing for Tuscaloosa claims because his LLC, not he individually, was the purchaser.
